In January 2025, the Permanent Mission of Zambia to the United Nations, the South African Institute for Policy and Research (SAIPAR) and the Starling Institute, co-hosted a private retreat in Lusaka, Zambia, for member states and other stakeholders to discuss how to advance developing countries’ priorities on financing for development in preparation for FfD4.
